Kick butt—no matter your size—with @ashley.horner programs here:
My life is chaos at best but a beautiful one I am blessed for. I can some up everything. Nothing was planned and nothing went to plan. But everything that is and was has led me here so I am blessed.
First pic. Before I was pregnant. Just after I lost a child. You wouldn’t know because what a pic says, what we see and what a person feels are three different things. I was broken. Second pic 36 weeks pregnant in Austria. I had a crazy difficult pregnancy could barely walk, first time in my whole life I never exercised. Third pic 8 month old Laine. I was dealing with postnatal depression. No family to help, just showing up. What do you see? A healthy smiley girl right?
Following pic me at 2-3 years Queensland Australia, mom had me styling. Then Laine 8 months in Austria chilling as mom does yoga. Next pic Laine 2-3 years old we were in Saudi Arabia. Finally a few weeks ago in Switzerland. The happiness I’ve ever been. Social media is an opportunity for us to be real. We connect through our vulnerabilities not our perfection. I show and tell you you this to be real. I’m here to own my story, help others, be my own hero. But one thing you will see no matter my struggles.. I kept showing up for me and you must for you. So my advice… Just show up as you are. You do not have to look or feel great as I do not today. You do not have to prepared for each challenge or know all the hows of every situation. You do not have to be fearless or have all the answers.
Nobody has these things. It is not about being perfect at all. You just show up as you are despite your insecurities of your mind, despite each and every fear that threatens to throw you back. Despite the limitations and criticisms of others. To hell with it all. This is your life. Your journey. Your adventure. And all it is asking you is to show up for it as you are. That is enough. That is more than enough. That is everything.
