Day 3: Stretching by using your core strength
When I first started gaining flexibility all I wanted to do was get deeper in my stretches. But I kept coming up with sore points. So I started working from the core now much of my body is much more open and sore points are less often. I found working from the core allowed me to safely and deeply stretch deeper because it added fire and heat to my body to open up.
