So here is a few things to keep in mind to help you float into your growing awesomeness.
Tip 1: Hunchback of Notre Dame back.
So rounded back to allow you to suck your belly button to spine and fully engage your straight arm scapular strength.
Tip 2: Duck bum. Stick that booty out to float as you move up and pull that belly button to spine. Cant recommend enough practicing twerking this will really help you understand this movement.
