Freedom in Strength

I exercised because I wanted to make my body stronger, and not to reach certain aesthetic goals, I found freedom in my strength being created.

Finally my body didn’t seem like a giant mistake, burden or flaw that needed to be fixed and put in the bin, it seemed like an amazing gift that keeps transforming. To develop and diversify according to your environment this is evolution right?

This is something that takes animals millions of years but can happen several times in a person’s lifetime. Our bodies are amazing, and we must not forget this.

As a fitness lover and professional, I feel that it is my responsibility to share my knowledge, experiences and help people when they ask. So, I have come up with a very simple list of

recommendations that I can give just about everyone.
– Lift weights 2-4 days per week
– Drink more water minimum 2 litres a day
– Eat more color…veggies and fruit. Variety is the spice of life.
– Eat more high quality protein (plant or animal)
– Eat more fibre
– Catch those zzzzsss

If you can do these things right I am confident that you are on the path to success.
