You are awesome, and I love watching your videos! I can't wait for the Veterans Administration to approve my back surgery so that I can start trying to become limber enough to do yoga again. As a child back in the 60s my babysitter (and future sister) would have me do it with her after school.

hello Rhy i'm on Cody with you (Ayurvedic Practitioner) ...I've been doing Ashtanga now for few months building strength ( i've done yoga from home for about 15 yrs but like u never had a lesson until this year๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜Š) but i'd like to get back into training but not in the gym.....i wonder can u explain if this uses yoga moves i'd love to have a workout that doesn't require weights etc love M
