These are my personal yoga flows for all levels that helped me to develop my yoga. It doesn’t matter how old you are, if you are a male or female, beginner or professional, these yoga flows are for you and will give you the results you deserve fitness, strength and body looking stronger and fitter and being more flexible!

I decided to structure my yoga flows to either help flexibility or strength but always at the same time combining the two for a safe practice. However it will be to have an end goal either more emphasis strength or flexibility.

The 30 minute Flow will be made to specifically meet your needs.

What’s important is that you do this for you not for a pose.  You do this to be on a journey of growing and awareness in your body.
