Let go of trying to fit a mold, be a certain size, shape, weight, or body fat percentage! We’re all different and what suits one may not suit another. Stop comparing yourself to others, wishing you had what someone else has! Whether it’s abs you want, bigger butt, smaller butt, smaller waist, bigger shoulders, smaller legs, more muscular legs – whatever it is you want you need to stop looking at other people wishing you were them and make realistic and achievable goals that suit YOU!
I have often found myself doing this very thing – wishing I was something I’m not and can never be… and I can tell you it does nothing positive for you! In fact it does nothing but discourage you, and bring you down, making you feel unhappy and a failure.
Forget the scales, stop comparing yourself to others, stop setting ridiculous, unrealistic standards or non achievable goals for yourself, stop wishing you were something you’re not and start setting realistic goals.
Remember that being YOUR best will always beat imitating someone else, or trying to be something you’re not!
