This flow is to help strengthen and open your hips and legs for beginners to intermediate. All standing poses can bring a major burn depending on how you choose to hold them. This sequence works on creating strong, open and lean legs and hips. Once we have built the fire we are going to open the flexibility possibilities moving into the fire with awareness and breath as we stretch.
