My Message

My message is this please stop judging others for what you think you know by looks. Please for our children futures they deserve better then to feel shame for their looks or choices they make, they deserve a life of love, acceptance and respect. we did it to the blacks for the color of their skin and that untruth was lifted but not without a scar. We did it to lesbians and gays and finally we have same sex marriage. We do it to women for their bodies and clothes.. We all have a story or a message. Society is full of untruths and if we as humans keep judging one another by the externals we will never find ourselves. We will always walk this world with masks and feeling not enough. If we keep looking at what others do wrong by our views we will never help them or heal ourselves. Our responsibility is to stop focusing on others and start working on ourselves. Yoga does not have a look nor do people. How would your life be different if…You stopped making negative judgmental assumptions about people you encounter? Let today be the day…You look for the good in everyone you meet and respect their journey. If someone isn’t what others want them to be, the others become angry. Everyone seems to have a clear idea of how other people should lead their lives, but none about his or her own. There’s nothing wrong with enjoying looking at the surface of the ocean itself, except that when you finally see what goes on underwater, you realize that you’ve been missing the whole point of the ocean. Staying on the surface all the time is like going to the circus and staring at the outside of the tent.
We’ve spent so much time judging what other people created that we’ve created very, very little of our own.
Perhaps, if we weren’t so busy regarding each other’s shortcomings, you’d find that we all do possess redeeming qualities, discreet as they may be. We notice when the sky is blue. We smile down at children. We laugh at ourselves. We quietly carry the burdens of others as though they were our own. We are all not without fault, but we are all not without goodness.
