Let us focus on total body training for a month. You will work 6x a week on weeks 1 and 3 and 5x a week on Weeks 2 and 4.

This program crates an inter-twinning of cardio moves around other exercises in an AMRAP format. It will challenge your mind and body. These short and effective workouts give you what you need to take control of your mind, body and life. You will not need an expensive gym membership, this can all be done in the comfort of your home. This will challenge all levels from beginners to advanced. The harder you push the harder it will work you, you are only cheating yourself if you are not huffing and puffing by the end of your workout. Every day for the next month you will know exactly what you need to do. You repeats week 1 and 2 this way you can see your improvement and also gives you motivation to work harder to be stronger then the previous time you completed the workouts. For these workouts to work, you need to also be honest with your diet. These workouts will give you a great looking body, enhanced physical strength, endurance for day to day activities as well as a calmer mind and inner strength. I won’t pretend these workouts are easy, but they are worth it.
